The three steps
Three moves, done.
Take one with you
Find a terminal on the map. Choose there how you want to pay: through the app, or straight away with your bank card or phone. Then take your powerbank with you.
Charge while you keep moving
The cables are already attached, so you plug in straight away. Take it into town, onto the train or into the festival: it doesn't have to stay near the terminal.
Slide it into a free slot
Return your powerbank to any Airvall terminal, in any city. Once the terminal confirms the return, your rental stops automatically.

Scan the QR code on the terminal screen and pay through your account in the app.

Choose paying at the terminal on the screen. Then hold your bank card or phone against the card reader. No app or account needed.

The rate
€4
a day. That's it.
We don't bill by the minute. A day here means 24 hours from the start of your rental, not a calendar day. Fifteen minutes or the whole day: same price.
When does it start?
The first €4 is reserved the moment you take the powerbank out of the terminal. Every new 24-hour period started after that is another €4.
When does it stop?
Once the terminal confirms the return, your rental stops. You can return it at any Airvall terminal during that location's opening hours.
Deposit
Rent through the app and there's no deposit. Pay by card at the terminal and a deposit does apply.

What if things go differently?

Not returned
Don't return the powerbank within 72 hours? Then we charge €30. The rental ends and the powerbank is yours.
Every slot taken
Check the map in the app to see where you can return it at another location. Until you return the powerbank, your rental continues at the same rate of €4 per 24 hours started.
Location closed
Opening hours are listed with every location on the map in the app. If the door is shut, pick another terminal — you can return anywhere.
Powerbank won't charge
Return it and send us a message with the station location. We correct the rental and take the powerbank out of circulation.
